Scan with the phone camera or a USB reader, or search by name. Discount if you're allowed, and take cash, wallet, InstaPay, credit, or a mix on one sale. The problem it solves: The customer is waiting, the cashier is hunting for a price, and someone wants to pay half cash, half Vodafone Cash. At closing the drawer is off and nobody remembers why. - Camera or USB barcode scanning; search understands Arabic and English - Split payments: part cash, part wallet, part credit - Warnings for below-cost sales and missing stock - Bundles (phone + case + screen protector) at one price - 80mm receipts, ready to print - Returns and voids with a reason, logged to whoever did it - Cash, Vodafone Cash and credit, on one sale. Pick a method and an amount and the remainder updates as you go. Each part lands in its place: cash in the drawer, the wallet in its balance, credit on the customer's account. - If the price drops below cost, the system says so. You choose the shop's policy: allow, warn or block. Cashiers never see the cost, only the warning, and only someone with the permission can override a block. - Cost is frozen at the moment of sale: Every line keeps its cost from that moment, so profit never shifts when purchase prices change later. - Permissions on discounts and voids: Cashiers just sell; discounts and voids only for people you allow. - Tied to the shift: Every sale lands in the cashier's shift, so you know what the drawer should hold. Who it is for: - A small shop where you're the cashier: Sell from your phone with the camera, no scanner or computer needed. - A shop with one or two cashiers: Each in their own shift, with discounts and voids only by your permission. - Busy seasons: Barcode and receipt in seconds, and the queue keeps moving. Q: Do I need a barcode scanner? A: No, the phone camera reads barcodes. A USB scanner works on desktop too. Q: Does it print receipts? A: Yes, 80mm receipts on any thermal printer. Q: Can I return a sale? A: Yes, a return with a reason or a full void, and stock and money go back where they came from. Works with: Cash, wallets & shifts, Customers & credit, Catalog & barcodes. #### Repairs (https://mobilat.shop/en/features/repairs) Know where every repair is, and who's on it. Record the device, its fault and the deposit in seconds, and pick the technician. Add parts from your stock or ones you bought for the job, plus your labour. At handover the deposit comes off by itself, the rest is paid any way, and the invoice makes itself. The problem it solves: A device is left with a scrap of paper holding a name and a number, and the deposit goes in the drawer unrecorded. The customer keeps calling to ask "is it done?", and in the end nobody knows what repairs actually earned. - Drop-off with the fault, IMEI, passcode and what came with the device - A deposit taken off at handover; add to it or give some back - Spare parts with their own stock and cost, hidden from the POS - A part bought for the job goes on the supplier's account or is paid from cash - Customers follow their device on your shop page with the ticket number and their phone - A WhatsApp button with a ready-made "your device is ready" message and the amount due - From drop-off to handover, with the bill in front of you. Move the device from received to in repair to ready. Add the part from your stock and the labour, and the deposit comes off by itself. At handover the part leaves stock and the rest is paid in cash or by wallet. - Customers check on their repair without calling. On your shop page, the customer enters the ticket number and the phone they left the device under, and sees its status and expected date. Costs, parts and other customers' details never show. - Profit on every repair: Labour, margin on parts and net profit on every ticket, shown only to people allowed to see cost. - A technician role: Technicians receive, repair, hand over and collect without seeing cost or profit, and can earn a share of the labour. - Handover is a normal sale: Parts leave stock, money lands in the cash box or wallet, and every report sees it. Who it is for: - A repair-only shop: Every device and its status on one screen; search by ticket number or phone. - A shop that sells and repairs: Spare parts sit in their own stock away from the POS, and handovers land in the same books. - Technicians on a share: Each technician has the repairs they did, and their share of the labour goes into payroll. Q: What if the customer declines or it can't be fixed? A: Close the ticket as returned unfixed, with a reason. Refund the deposit from the cash box, or keep it as customer credit for anything they buy later. Q: What if I have to buy the part? A: Add it as bought for the job: it enters your spare-parts stock at cost, owed to the supplier or paid from the cash box. Remove it from the ticket and it stays in your stock. Q: Does the customer need an account to track it? A: No, just the ticket number and the phone. If you'd rather not offer it, turn it off in your shop page settings. Works with: Stock & counts, Your shop online, Team & permissions. #### Customers & credit (https://mobilat.shop/en/features/customers) Credit without the notebook, and without forgetting. Every customer has an account: what they bought on credit, when they paid, what's left. Set a credit limit and sales stop when it's reached. The problem it solves: Credit lives in a notebook, the customer says "I already paid" and you're not sure, and some people have owed you for months without anyone remembering. - A credit limit per customer - Collect payments in cash or by wallet onto their account - A clear statement to send the customer - Aging report: who's late and since when - Cashiers find customers by name or phone - Purchase history for each customer - Set a limit per customer, and sales stop past it. The cashier sees what the customer has left before selling. When they pay, the room opens up again. - Who's late, and since when. Debts are grouped by age, and tapping any customer opens their statement line by line. - No editing balances: The balance is computed from entries; any correction is a reversal under someone's name. - Returns credit the account: Returning a credit purchase adjusts the account automatically. - No credit without a name: A credit sale must be on a named customer, so no money is lost to someone unknown. Who it is for: - Neighborhood regulars: Credit with a clear limit instead of a notebook. - Technicians and small traders: A statement you can send any time. - Regular collection: The aging report tells you who to start with. Q: Can a customer pay by Vodafone Cash? A: Yes, collect in cash or any wallet, onto their account. Q: Can I edit a customer balance? A: The balance is computed from entries. Any correction is a reversal under someone's name. Q: What if they return a credit purchase? A: Their account adjusts automatically. Works with: POS & sales, Cash, wallets & shifts, Profit & reports. #### Cash, wallets & shifts (https://mobilat.shop/en/features/wallets) Every pound in the drawer and the wallets, accounted for. Record customer deposits and withdrawals on Vodafone Cash, Etisalat, Orange, WE and InstaPay. Your commission and network fees are calculated, and profit never gets mixed with customers' money. The problem it solves: Vodafone Cash money is mixed with the drawer, and you can't tell what the commission was or what the network took. At the end of the shift the drawer is short and nobody knows why. - Live balance for every wallet and cash box - Commission and fee rules per network (percent, fixed, min, max) - Daily and monthly wallet limits - Transfers between cash and wallets, with fees - Open and close shifts with a drawer count; variance is recorded - Only commission counts as income, never the transfer amount - Your commission is calculated, and the transfer amount isn't profit. Pick the network and amount, and your commission and the network fee come from its rules. Cash and the wallet move in opposite directions, and only the commission is income. - Count the drawer, and the difference shows before you leave. The system knows what the drawer should hold. Count by note, and any shortage or overage is recorded on the shift and whoever ran it. - Short or over?: Count the drawer at close and the difference is shown and recorded. - One open shift per branch: No mix-ups between two cashiers on one drawer. - Owner withdrawals: Money you take for yourself is tracked separately, not as an expense. Who it is for: - Shops doing top-ups and transfers: Each network with its own balance and commission. - Several wallets: Vodafone, Etisalat, Orange, WE and InstaPay in one place. - Morning and evening shifts: Every shift with its count and its variance. Q: How is commission calculated? A: From rules you set per network: percent, fixed, min and max. You can adjust it on the transaction itself. Q: Can I set daily wallet limits? A: Yes, a daily and monthly limit per wallet. Q: Money I take for myself? A: Owner withdrawals are tracked separately and don't reduce profit. Works with: POS & sales, Expenses & salaries, Profit & reports. ### Stock #### Catalog & barcodes (https://mobilat.shop/en/features/catalog) Every phone with its colors and storage, in one tidy item. Add a phone once, pick its colors and storage, and every variant is created with its own price and barcode. Have a spreadsheet? Upload it. The problem it solves: One phone in 3 colors and 2 storage sizes means 6 items typed by hand, each with its own price and barcode. And when the price changes, you start over. - Full variants: color × storage × anything else - Excel or CSV import with a review step before saving - Generate barcodes and print 38×25, 50×30 or A4 labels - Categories and brands for quick filtering - Weighted average cost updated with every purchase - Every price change is logged: who, when, from what to what - Pick colors and storage, and the variants make themselves. One tidy item instead of six. Every variant gets its own price and barcode, and you can reprice a whole storage size at once. - Print labels in the size you already have. 38×25, 50×30 or an A4 sheet, with the item name, price and barcode. Pick how many and print. - Bundles that deduct stock correctly: Selling a bundle deducts each item inside it at its own cost. - Cashiers don't see cost: Cost and margin are visible only to people with permission. - Ready for IMEI tracking: Every item carries a tracking type, so serials can be added later without redoing your catalog. Who it is for: - New phones: Every model with its colors and storage in one item. - Lots of accessories: Upload a spreadsheet of hundreds and review before saving. - Bundles: Phone + case + screen protector at one price, each deducted correctly. Q: My items are in Excel? A: Upload the sheet, map the columns, and review before saving. Q: Can I use the barcode on the box? A: Yes, scan it onto the variant. If there isn't one, the system generates it. Q: Do cashiers see the cost? A: No, cost and margin are only for people with permission. Works with: Stock & counts, POS & sales, Purchasing & suppliers. #### Stock & counts (https://mobilat.shop/en/features/stock) Know exactly what you have in every branch. Every movement is recorded: sale, purchase, return, transfer, adjustment. Quantities are never typed in; they're computed from movements, so nothing disappears unnoticed. The problem it solves: Stock goes missing and nobody knows where, a count shuts the shop for a day, and the other branch says "we don't have it" when they do. - Quantity per item per branch, and stock value at cost - Branch-to-branch transfers with send and receive - Group counts: several people counting at once, totals merge live - Adjustments with a reason (damaged, lost, gift) and who made them - A notification when an item runs low, and a dead-stock report - Full movement history for every item - Several people count at once, and totals merge live. Everyone scans what's in front of them from their own phone. At the end you see shortages, extras and their value at cost before you confirm. - Send from one branch, receive at the other. Stock leaves the first branch as in transit and enters the second when it's received. Nothing gets lost in between. - Differences show up by themselves: After a count you see shortages, extras and their value before you confirm. - Only the branch you work in: Staff can be limited to their own branch. - Nothing is deleted: Mistakes are fixed with a reversing movement, so history stays complete. Who it is for: - Two branches or more: Know where each item is, and transfer instead of buying again. - Month-end counts: The whole team counts together in an hour instead of a day. - Expensive stock: Every movement under who made it, with a reason. Q: Can I edit a quantity by hand? A: You make an adjustment with a reason (damaged, lost, gift), and the quantity is computed from movements, so the history stays complete. Q: Will it tell me when something runs low? A: Yes, a notification when an item runs low, and a dead-stock report. Q: Do staff see every branch? A: You decide: just their branch or all of them. Works with: Catalog & barcodes, Purchasing & suppliers, Team & permissions. #### Purchasing & suppliers (https://mobilat.shop/en/features/purchasing) Know what your stock really cost you. Record the invoice, add shipping and customs, and they're spread across items by value. Pay in full or in part, and the supplier balance updates itself. The problem it solves: The phone cost you 7,000, but shipping and customs added to it, so you sell it thinking you made a profit. And the supplier's account is on a paper nobody can find. - Extra costs spread across items (landed cost) - Partial payment from the cash box or any wallet - Statement per supplier: what you owe and what you're owed - Returns to supplier at the purchase cost - Cash purchases without a supplier for quick buys - Create a new item right from the invoice - Shipping and customs are spread across items by value. Add any extra cost to the invoice and it's spread across the lines, updating average cost. So the profit you see afterwards is real. - Pay part, and the rest is on record. Pay from the cash box or any wallet, and the supplier statement updates itself: what you owe, and since when. - Voids undo everything: Voiding a purchase reverses stock, money and the supplier balance in one step. - Debt aging: A report shows how long you've owed each supplier. - Cost flows into profit correctly: Average cost updates with each invoice, so the profit you see is real. Who it is for: - Buying from wholesalers: An invoice per purchase and an account per wholesaler. - Imports and shipping: Extra costs land in the cost correctly. - Quick cash buys: Purchases without a supplier for small things. Q: What if I return stock to the supplier? A: A return at the purchase cost, and stock and the account adjust. Q: What if I record an invoice wrong? A: Void it, and stock, money and the supplier account reverse in one step. Q: Can I add a new item from the invoice? A: Yes, right from the invoice. Works with: Stock & counts, Catalog & barcodes, Profit & reports. ### Running the shop #### Expenses & salaries (https://mobilat.shop/en/features/expenses) Real profit is after expenses. Record every expense by category, and let rent and internet post themselves monthly. Add staff with salaries and commissions, and pay advances and salaries from cash or a wallet. The problem it solves: Sales look high and you think you made money, then rent, electricity and salaries eat the whole profit. And advances live on a scrap of paper. - Expense categories you define - Recurring expenses that post monthly - Staff with fixed pay and sales commission - Advances, deductions and bonuses - Run payroll for everyone at once - Every expense appears in the profit report - Every expense comes off profit, not sales. Rent and internet post themselves every month, and any other expense goes in by category. Net profit shows right away. - Salary, commission and advances, with the net worked out. Commission comes from each employee's net sales for the month, and advances are deducted. Pay everyone at once from cash or a wallet. - Commission from real sales: Commission is calculated from the employee's sales that month. - Mistakes are reversed: Wrong expense? Reverse it with a reason and the money goes back. - An account per employee: See what each employee was paid and what's still due. Who it is for: - Fixed costs: Rent, internet and power post every month by themselves. - Staff on commission: Each one's commission from their own sales. - Advances and deductions: An account per employee: what they've taken and what's left. Q: Recorded an expense by mistake? A: Reverse it with a reason and the money goes back. Q: Is this official payroll? A: No, it's in-shop payroll: owed, paid and advances. It doesn't replace insurance and tax filings. Q: Do my withdrawals count as expenses? A: No, they're tracked separately and don't reduce profit. Works with: Profit & reports, Team & permissions, Cash, wallets & shifts. #### Team & permissions (https://mobilat.shop/en/features/team) Trust, with permissions. Add staff by phone number and send them a link to choose a password, no email needed. Pick their role (manager, cashier, technician, accountant, or your own) and their branch. The problem it solves: Either staff can do everything, or you stand next to them all day. And when an odd discount shows up, nobody knows who did it. - Staff sign in with their phone number - Ready-made roles and roles you build - Fine-grained permissions: discounts, voids, price changes, seeing cost… - Each person on one branch or all of them - Log of sensitive actions: who did what, when - Invite by link if someone has an email - Each role with its permissions, enforced by the database. Manager, cashier, technician, accountant, or a role you build. Choose who can discount, void, change prices and see cost. - Who did what, and when. Discounts, voids, price changes and permission changes are all logged under whoever made them. Tap anyone to see just theirs. - Enforced by the database itself: Permissions aren't only in the screen; the database itself rejects anything not allowed. - Forgot the password?: Send a new password link from the Team page in a second. - Every shop is isolated: Your shop's data is yours alone; no shop can see another's. Who it is for: - A new cashier: Sells only, without seeing cost. - A branch manager: Full rights in their branch, none in the others. - An accountant: Sees reports and accounts without selling. Q: Does staff need an email? A: No, you add them by phone number and send a link where they choose a password, then they sign in with their number. Q: Do I pay per employee? A: No, staff are unlimited. Plans are per branch. Q: Forgot their password? A: Send a new password link from the Team page and they choose a new one. Works with: POS & sales, Stock & counts, Profit & reports. #### Attendance (https://mobilat.shop/en/features/attendance) Who came and who's late, without a notebook. Staff open the app and tap Clock in while in the shop, and the app checks they're inside the branch's circle. You see who's in, late or absent today, and at month end each person's days, lateness and hours sit next to their salary. The problem it solves: Staff say they arrived at 10, but the shop opened at 11. Anyone can write any time in the attendance notebook. And at month end, paying salaries, you can't remember who missed how many days. - A clock in / out button on the employee's home screen - Location is checked against the branch, with an allowed distance from 50 to 500 m - Hours and working days per employee, with a grace period before lateness counts - A live Today screen: in, late, absent, day off - Month totals per employee: days in, absences, lateness, hours worked - Managers clock in staff without a login or who forgot, and fix times with a note - Clock-in works from the shop, not from home. Stand in the shop once, save the branch location and pick the allowed distance. After that, a clock-in from too far away is refused, and the employee is told how many metres off they are. Clock-out works the same way. - The whole month per employee, next to their salary. Days in, absences, minutes late and hours worked add up by themselves. They show on the salary page for reference only; if you want a deduction, you add it by hand. - Attendance never deducts by itself: Late and absent days show on the salary page for reference; you decide whether to deduct, by hand. - Every edit is logged: If a manager changes or deletes a record, the audit log keeps the before and after. - Shifts past midnight: If a shift ends after midnight, clock-out still counts toward the day it started, all on Cairo time. Who it is for: - A shop with two or three staff: Know who opened the shop and when, while you're still at home. - Several branches: Each branch has its own location and circle, and you see each branch's attendance on its own. - Staff without a login: A manager clocks them in and out from the Today screen with one tap. Q: What if someone has no login? A: A manager clocks them in and out from the Attendance page, and the record shows it was done by the manager. Q: Is lateness deducted from pay automatically? A: No. Lateness and absences show on the salary page for reference only; you add a deduction by hand if you want one. Q: The shop is in a mall and GPS is weak? A: Raise the allowed distance up to 500 m; the system also allows for the phone's accuracy, up to 100 m. Works with: Expenses & salaries, Team & permissions, App & notifications. #### Profit & reports (https://mobilat.shop/en/features/reports) Not sales. Profit. The home screen shows what you sold, what you earned after cost and expenses, wallet commissions, and where your money is. Tap any number to see the sales behind it. The problem it solves: Sales are high but the money isn't there. Because sales aren't profit: there's the cost of goods, expenses, salaries and wallet commissions. - Real profit = sales − their cost − expenses + wallet commissions - Every number opens the lines behind it - Margin by item, category and cashier - Stock value and dead stock - Shift variance and debt aging - CSV export for any report - Watch profit build up, step by step. Sales minus their cost is gross profit. Minus expenses and salaries, plus wallet commissions, is net profit. For today, this week or this month. - Tap any number to see the lines behind it. Margin by category, item and cashier, and any of them opens the sales that made it. No number without a source. - Ledger health check: The system checks itself: stock equals movements, invoices equal payments. - All branches or one: Compare branches or look at one. - Cairo time: Today means today in Egypt, not a foreign server's clock. Who it is for: - End of day: Know what you made before you close. - Buying decisions: What earns and what sits on the shelf. - Comparing branches: Each branch alone or all together. Q: Profit after what, exactly? A: After cost of goods, expenses and salaries, plus wallet commissions minus network fees. Q: What if an item has no cost? A: Profit is marked incomplete until the cost is filled in, so it never misleads you. Q: Can I export reports? A: Yes, CSV for any report. Works with: Expenses & salaries, Cash, wallets & shifts, Purchasing & suppliers. ### Online & on your phone #### Your shop online (https://mobilat.shop/en/features/shop-page) Your shop is open on every customer's phone, even after closing. Pick a name for your page and switch it on. Customers see what you carry with prices, and order any item on WhatsApp with a ready-written message. The page reads straight from your stock, so sold-out items show as sold out without you doing a thing. The problem it solves: Customers message "Got the A15? How much?" twenty times a day, and you answer while you're selling. Whoever doesn't get a reply goes to another shop. - A short link with your shop's name, like mobilat.shop/elnour, with an English version - Search, category chips, and an "Order on WhatsApp" button on every item - In stock or sold out straight from your stock, never the quantities - Show or hide prices, and keep any item off the page - Your branches with address, map and phone, plus your social links - Customers check their repair with the ticket number and their phone - Sold the last one? The page says sold out by itself. The page reads stock and prices from the system. A sold-out item drops to the bottom and its button becomes "Ask about it", and a new price shows as soon as you change it. The quantities themselves never show. - Pick a name, switch it on, print the QR. Type your page name in English and you'll see as you type whether it's free or taken. Switch it on, then put the link in your bio and the QR on the counter. - Cost never shows: The page shows only what you choose. Cost, quantities, spare parts and customer data never appear on it. - A QR for the counter: Download your page's QR and print it; customers scan it and browse right there. - Off in a second: One switch turns the page on or off. While it's off, the link says the shop wasn't found. Who it is for: - A shop that sells on WhatsApp: Customers pick from the page, and the order arrives as a message with the item and its price. - Several branches: Every branch with its address, map and number, so customers head to the nearest one. - A shop that does repairs: Instead of calling to ask if it's ready, customers enter the ticket number and see the status. Q: Does the page cost extra? A: No, it comes with your account at no extra cost. Q: Will customers see quantities or cost? A: No. They see in stock or sold out and the price, and only if you leave those on. Cost, quantities and customer data never show. Q: What do I need to switch it on? A: A page name, plus the shop's phone and address with governorate and city, the same ones on your receipts. Logo, cover and social links are optional. Works with: Stock & counts, Catalog & barcodes, Repairs. #### App & notifications (https://mobilat.shop/en/features/app) The shop in your pocket, and what needs you finds you. Mobilat installs on your home screen like any app, no app store needed. Everything that happens in the shop shows on every device the same moment, and if an item runs low or a shift closes with a variance, a notification reaches you even when the app is closed. The problem it solves: You're out of the shop, the cashier closed the shift short, and your best-selling charger ran out this morning. You found out at night when you opened the books. - Installs on Android, iPhone and desktop, no app store - Live: a sale shows on every device, no refresh - Alerts for low stock, shift variances, voided sales and below-cost sales - Reminders when a recurring expense or a supplier payment is due - Everyone only gets what matches their permissions and branch - Tap a notification to open the exact screen - On your home screen in a minute. On iPhone: the Share button, “Add to Home Screen”, then “Add”. On Android: “Install app” from the browser menu, and often a button that installs it in one tap. After that it opens full screen like any app. - What needs you reaches your phone, even with the app closed. An item running low, a shift closed with a variance, a voided sale, a sale below cost. Each one goes only to people with the permission, lands in the bell with an unread count, and a tap opens the exact screen. - If the internet drops: You see an offline page, and the sale in progress on the POS stays saved on the device until you're back. Selling fully offline isn't supported yet. - Shortcuts from the icon: On Android, long-press the Mobilat icon to jump straight to the POS, a wallet transfer or a purchase invoice. - Light or dark, Arabic or English: Pick light, dark or auto, and each notification arrives in the language of the device you turned it on from. Who it is for: - An owner who isn't in the shop all day: A shift closed short? You know right then, not the next day. - Whoever handles purchasing: Low stock and supplier dues go to them, not to the cashier. - Several branches: Each manager only gets their branch's alerts, and every device sees the same numbers live. Q: Do I need Google Play or the App Store? A: No, it installs straight from the browser and takes almost no space. Q: Do notifications work on iPhone? A: Yes, on iOS 16.4 or later, but first add the app to your Home Screen and open it from there, then turn notifications on from the Notifications page. Q: Does it work offline? A: It needs internet to sell and update numbers. If the connection drops you see a page saying so, and the sale in progress on the POS stays saved until you're back. Works with: POS & sales, Stock & counts, Team & permissions. #### AI help assistant (https://mobilat.shop/en/features/ai-help) Can't find the button? Just ask. Type your question in Arabic or English, like "How do I return an item?". The assistant searches Mobilat's help pages and answers in short steps, naming buttons exactly as they appear on screen, with a link to the help page if you want to read more. The problem it solves: A new hire doesn't know how to do a return, and the customer is waiting. They call you, and you're not at the shop. Every few days it's the same questions: how do I close the shift? Where do I add a staff member? - Replies in Egyptian Arabic or English, the way you wrote - Numbered steps, with buttons named exactly as in the app - Every answer links the help page it came from - Knows if you're on an iPhone, Android or a computer, and gives steps for your device - If your question could mean several things, it asks which one - Conversations are saved; pin, rename or delete them - Your words in, steps out. You don't need to know the screen's name. Write it like you'd ask a colleague; the assistant works out what you mean, searches the docs in the app's own words, and replies with numbered steps and the page link. Ask about your numbers and it tells you where to find them. - Same question, steps for your device. The assistant knows whether you're on an iPhone, Android or a computer, and which browser. So when you ask how to install the app, you get the steps for your device only, not every method in a row. - It never sees your shop's data: It explains how to use the app and never does anything in your shop. Ask what you sold today and it tells you which page shows it. - Answers from the docs, never made up: Before every answer it searches Mobilat's help pages. If they don't cover your question, it says so instead of inventing a button that isn't there. - An allowance per person: Everyone on the team gets 250K tokens a month, about 20 questions, renewing on the 1st. Your conversations are yours alone. Who it is for: - A new hire's first week: They ask the assistant instead of calling you every hour. - You're away from the shop: The cashier finds the steps alone, and the customer isn't kept waiting. - Something you haven't tried yet: A stock count, a branch transfer or payroll: ask before you start. Q: Does it see my sales and money? A: No. It only explains how to use the app; it can't see any of your shop's data or change anything. Q: Can it get things wrong? A: Sometimes. That's why every answer links its help page so you can check, and you can rate the reply so we improve it. Q: Is there a limit? A: Each person gets 250K tokens a month, about 20 questions, renewing on the 1st. If they run out, the rest of the app works as usual. Works with: Team & permissions, POS & sales, App & notifications. ## Blog posts - [Imported phones: the 38.5% fee and Telephony app, and your shop](https://mobilat.shop/en/blogs/imported-phones-38-5-percent-fee-telephony-app-shop-guide) (2026-10-22, Laws & taxes): Since January 2026 no phone enters Egypt duty-free with a traveller.
