Know where every repair is, and who's on it.
Record the device, its fault and the deposit in seconds, and pick the technician. Add parts from your stock or ones you bought for the job, plus your labour. At handover the deposit comes off by itself, the rest is paid any way, and the invoice makes itself.
The problem
A device is left with a scrap of paper holding a name and a number, and the deposit goes in the drawer unrecorded. The customer keeps calling to ask "is it done?", and in the end nobody knows what repairs actually earned.
The repair ticket
From drop-off to handover, with the bill in front of you.
Move the device from received to in repair to ready. Add the part from your stock and the labour, and the deposit comes off by itself. At handover the part leaves stock and the rest is paid in cash or by wallet.

Where's my phone?
Customers check on their repair without calling.
On your shop page, the customer enters the ticket number and the phone they left the device under, and sees its status and expected date. Costs, parts and other customers' details never show.

Inside
What you can do.
- Drop-off with the fault, IMEI and passcode; if you sold the phone, its sale date and warranty show up
- A deposit taken off at handover; add to it or give some back
- Spare parts with their own stock and cost, hidden from the POS
- A part bought for the job goes on the supplier's account or is paid from cash
- Customers follow their device on your shop page with the ticket number and their phone
- A WhatsApp button with a ready-made "your device is ready" message and the amount due
Under the hood
Details that matter.
Profit on every repair
Labour, margin on parts and net profit on every ticket, shown only to people allowed to see cost.
A technician role
Technicians receive, repair, hand over and collect without seeing cost or profit, and can earn a share of the labour.
Handover is a normal sale
Parts leave stock, money lands in the cash box or wallet, and every report sees it.
Who it's for
Made for shops like yours.
A repair-only shop
Every device and its status on one screen; search by ticket number or phone.
A shop that sells and repairs
Spare parts sit in their own stock away from the POS, and handovers land in the same books.
Technicians on a share
Each technician has the repairs they did, and their share of the labour goes into payroll.
Questions
Frequently asked.
What if the customer declines or it can't be fixed?
Close the ticket as returned unfixed, with a reason. Refund the deposit from the cash box, or keep it as customer credit for anything they buy later.
What if I have to buy the part?
Add it as bought for the job: it enters your spare-parts stock at cost, owed to the supplier or paid from the cash box. Remove it from the ticket and it stays in your stock.
Does the customer need an account to track it?
No, just the ticket number and the phone. If you'd rather not offer it, turn it off in your shop page settings.
